How do sizes and exchange work?
Each shirt runs true to size for a relaxed, comfy fit. If your shirt does not fit as you hoped, you can email me within 14 days of receiving it to set up an exchange.
What if my Kosie is damaged or defective?
If your Kosie T-shirt arrives damaged or defective, email me within 14 days with a photo and order information so I can make it right and replace or refund.
Can I pause or cancel my Kosie subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us before your next renewal date, and we will take care of you.
When will my Kosie shirt ship?
Your Kosie T-shirt design will be shipped around the 15th of each month. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
How do payments work for my subscriptions, and can I change my payment method?
Your subscription is billed around the 5th day of each month. Your kosie T-shirt is designed to be shipped by the 15th day of each month. If you need to update or change your payment method, email us before your next renewal date and we'll help update it for you.
